Thank you for visiting and shopping with us. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. Saving Abel is not responsible for improperly placed or wrong addresses on an order. Shipping addresses must be confirmed before checkout is complete. You are responsible for making sure your address is entered correctly including full name and address. If an order is returned to sender due to incorrect address, your order will be refunded less a 25% re-stocking fee and the original postage is non-refundable.
For international shipments, export requires your full name and address with only alphanumeric characters. If your order does not pass export clearance for these reasons, your order will be refunded minus a 25% re-stocking fee and the original postage is non-refundable..
The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Saving Abel is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
Shipment processing time
Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. However, there may be some instances where packages are delayed. If you need information on order status, please refer to your provided tracking number and/or contact us. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Please note that certain circumstances, such as natural disasters or pandemics, can cause significant delays. Saving Abel is not responsible for delays that may occur.
Damages
Saving Abel is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or Route to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.
